This is a more serious and factual Article, bringing you the a “bit hidden but visible truth” about the Music Industry, once you know what to look for. Once you look from the “right angle” at everything, you will see what Michael Jackson was going through as a Business Man, and as a Black Man, and why.
Recently, the sale of the rest of the remaining “Beatles Catalogue” has been announced. I did not think much about it, I kind of held off on judging or feeling anything. I felt it is a big thing happening, for Michael, and I was just silent inside, waiting to see what he will say about it.
Typical Michael, as he thinks now in pure clarity in Spirit, he ain’t about ego or pride in human terms anymore, and initially this is why he felt NOTHING about that happening, his Music Catalogue, a widely debated topic when he was alive in Human Form, being sold now.
Most people, and most Fans of Michael Jackson also, have no idea about MUSIC PUBLISHING BUSINESS in details. Many do not know the whole details and work that is behind a release of a Song, Album or Short Films and more. There is Merchandising, Commercials like PEPSI with which you make deals to earn more and promote more your work, and many things that are not the ARTISTIC SIDE , but the BUSINESS SIDE OF THE MUSIC BUSINESS.
Let me take it from the start here…

When I was in my Teens, as seen in the Photo above from 2001, and having just finished education at Business and Banking Schools from which I have Diplomas as well, which many might not know about me, I was thinking about my Art and Music the whole time, visions of ideas, short films, fashion, the whole time even at school. I could do both, I could keep going in my creative mind, silently inside, and focus on school classes at the same time.
I always felt school material was too simple, too boring, I learned it quick and such things like Math I simply hated and did not want to make any efforts for if I could chose, but of course I had to. That is how I always have been, as a Teenager and Kid in school, but also now.
I can do anything I want, but I have to want it. If I don’t want to do it, I don’t feel it, you would see it in my school grades when younger. I could jump from a very bad school grade, because of my refusal to give it attention, to the highest school grades, just at the snip of a finger. My teacher in what you in English would call Junior Highschool has once took me to the side to talk, and he was amazed and said he knew I am very smart, I just did not want to focus before, and now that I do, I can do Math well and all these subjects I always disliked.
I guess I developed a special school focus approach…I had to be interested, so you have to trick yourself to find it interesting, think, oh I can learn something useful for the future from it, you have to put fantasy into it, that is how it was for me. So, that was that, but other subjects in that time then in my Business Schools education, like Languages and Geography I always loved. I loved the artistic Classes, and sometimes also History if it was more of far countries.
In the above TwinFlame educational comparing Photo, you see me in the look, appearance and age 1998 to 2000, that phase before I changed the hair colour for a while due to what I am about to explain now.
I took some classes for singing technique in that time, because I got into contact with this Management at around the same, and they worked with and for Sony Music, always dressed in black for some strange reason, and one of them two Managers was bald.
From before though, I knew already who would become my personal Music Manager later, not those two, because I basically took this vocal coaching, and then we presented two Demos to them, one was George Michael’s “Too Funky”, and the other was “Kiss” from Prince.
These were my only Demos of Cover Songs not own Songs, that I ever recorded, besides around age 16/17 before that time with this Soul Music Producer “Dirty Diana” and “I Believe in You and Me” by Whitney Houston.

After showing them, this Management, those Demos, especially the Kiss Song by Prince, they freaked out and said, they “would be stupid to not sign me”. And we had an initial Meeting, together with my wonderful Vocal Coach, a very strong and unique Woman, Gabriela.
They were totally in tune with my Visions, I explained that I want to do something like Michael Jackson, and Janet Jackson as an example of a “female Version of MJ”, as this is my biggest influence and simply who I am since starting my Music at age 5.
They TOTALLY agreed, and said “yes, someone like you one has to build to a big brand, not just a one hit wonder type stuff”, and that “I can write my own songs” and so forth. Big eyes they had and totally agreeing and we all celebrating the Partnership for this Project.
And then, suddenly, they wanted to “start only for the beginning songs” with this back then totally popular producer which worked with Britney Spears and N’Sync and so forth. I did not like the idea, but I gave in initially, thinking, I can still put my own style into whatever Max Martin produces.
Then, they wanted me to change my hair colour, but a bit “more blonde” into my look.
So, this seen above is that time I was in this all, and therefore, I did not do any platin Blonde stuff, I am Egyptian, this was too much and it would not fit to me I think, but I did some Mix Colouring and so, some Blonde with some Brown and Dark Brown, and kept my natural Curls, most of the time.
And then, came the whole thing with my Dance Style…
Suddenly, they wanted me to “change that” too, and “stop dancing too much like Michael Jackson, or Janet” and “do it more like Britney, sexy, show more skin, Lolita style” crap.
Quote from this here unnamed bald Guy always dressed in black:“You dance too much like Michael Jackson! Stop that!”
I totally disagreed, up into deep into my soul, and totally dropped them after this, because I felt I would betray myself trying to be “suddenly fake and fake how my body moves dance wise” and who in the World would NOT WANT TO DANCE LIKE MICHAEL, that is insane!
If someone CAN emanate that, be thankful, see the huge potential in it. I knew, deep inside and like part of my nature, that they are wrong. And I remained loyal to all I learned from great Michael Jackson, because nobody does it better in my opinion.
This was all happening about 2 or 3 months before a big TV Show in Germany on which they wanted to “launch with a performance my first single”. And I had this moment, I remember, looking in the mirror, with this blonde hair and all, and thinking, “no way I am doing this, it is wrong, it is not me, I have to BE ME”, and so I totally dropped them, wrote them text messages that they “are fired” and I am no longer working with them because they breached the contract and agreements initially and want to change and force their will on me, artistically and so forth. I knew, they could sue but would not because I have no money to pay them all their expenses from 6 months of work, bla bla preparation, and manipulating me away from my true Music Visions.
They did not sue, but they texted me back for weeks, like stalkers, insulting me, harassing me, writing me, a Teenager, things like:

And I was like, “back off of me, go to hell, the truth will prevail, and stop harassing me or I will go to the Police, you tried tricking me and manipulate my will and change subtly agreements made from the beginning clearly”. It was like that, very heavy stuff for me.
I then began focusing on my spiritual side more, relaxing, discovering my own true inner soul skills and combining them with my Music and Songwriting, more and more for the first time, really FULLY focused on writing my own Songs.
Here is an older Video, just with the Audio of my most spiritual Song I wrote back then, in 2003, and this Song would later become my Label Name and Company Name officially; Mystery Garden Productions (08-08-08).
So, this is how it came about and after these folks were messing with me and my Art like that, as a young Teenage Girl, I found a better, relaxed and very friendly Manager, Mr Hillebrand, which was the one to give me all this Knowledge and Information from his Experience about Music Business and Publishing. Through conversations with him back in 2002, 2003, 2004, I was determined to found my own Label someday and especially too an own Music Publishing Department.
I cannot go into all details here, the article would become too long and too complex, as we would have to reach into Copyright laws, and the details of standard and exceptionally good contracts that exist for Songwriters and Musicians.
But one thing should be clear to you, for basic general knowledge: Artists make way less than the Executives, Publishers and Producers. Except for if they do also some of the Business side, not just Artistic side.
Looking at me and my experiences, you can easily read the parallel mirroring truth in how Michael Jackson’s situation was, as a Minority Artist and Business Man, an Artist wanting TO KEEP CONTROL OVER HIS OWN ART AND MESSAGE.
That, is DISLIKED in the Music Business, generally, and this is why I founded my own Label, going completely independent.
So, that is where we are now and how things evolved in my life, who I am, my Brand and my Entertainment Art including my most personal, honest Spirituality. This is my Concept I have been working on since 2002, with many witnesses and records.
Since mid 2010, we have had severe hacking attacks and many documents, concepts and all these details and data was copied, impersonated, even when things were published by us first, and those jealous people in Hollywood try to ruin my life’s work and efforts, my Label Vision, they do that through impersonating and faking imitations of all I am and do and release and channel, in totally sneaky and unlawful ways.
Still, nothing beats the original, and, the truth will prevail.
I AM the female Counterpart of Michael Jackson, and all my work reflects this truth as well. I am his Twin Soul and always have been.

Michael Jackson was not just a talented Artist, Dancer, Singer, Actor and Model. He could do everything in front of the Camera or on the Stage, so to speak, and he also knew a lot about everything of the Business aspects of making Music and Artist Promotion Tactics, Creative Ideas for Investments and even investing in Hotel plans and Theme Park Projects. Michael was very multi-faceted, as a Person as well.
This reflected in how he conducted Business. He was at times too nice, too friendly and compassionate to people, because he could see very well into the hearts of people and felt sorry for them, even when they did wrong. He believed deeply in the “good core in everyone” and focused on bringing that out of people.
But sometimes, when it was not possible and simply, the things he cares about personally the most about his Music and details of presentation, promo and release, did not go the way he said they have to, he fired people without any second thought, bam. And then he replaced them, with people that work and focus hard, and deliver.
Simple as that.
If Michael did not have that at times very cold Business attitude and determined focus on his Vision, and let everyone mess with his focus and waste time and resources, he would have never achieved what he achieved and built his Brand the way he did, on an honest, soul-based Dream.
Michael Jackson became who he became, as an Artist and Business Man, because he did not put his compassionate, soft side into Business matters, he was though.
He personally cared a lot to prove also, as a role model, to Black people that everyone can achieve what he achieved, even stemming from a poor neighbourhood and childhood raised in Gary, Indiana. A Black boy, becoming like THE Superstar, putting all other white Artists in his shadow, even Elvis Presley.

It is a known history fact, that white people have tried to copy, impersonate and ripp off Black Culture, spiritual teachings, symbolism and the whole dancing and Music stuff especially, rhythm and soul.

He says, the Beatle is a symbol of ancient Egypt, a very central one about the HEART CHAKRA. It was placed, like I did in my Label Logo, in the middle of the ankh or heart of a deceased to protect it.
This is therefore a part of the original Black History of Africa and Ancient Egypt/Kemet and a very important one. But as said, you got some white dudes from England naming their Band “The Beatles” and then imitating Black Music and African Rhythms, which is fine, but…

Scarab Beetles in Ancient Egypt
By far the most important amulet in ancient Egypt was the scarab, symbolically as sacred to the Egyptians as the cross is to Christians.
Scarab dung beetles lay eggs in a pellet which they roll along and the Egyptians regarded this action as an image of the sun and its course through the heavens, rolled by a gigantic beetle. Scarabs are associated with the Egyptian god, Khepri. It was Khepri that pushed the sun across the sky. The scarab beetle became an ancient Egyptian symbol for rebirth, the ability to be reborn. The god Khepri, which literally means “He who is Coming into Being”, was a creator god and a solar deity. He was represented as a scarab or dung beetle, or as a man with a beetle head. The scarab beetle was observed to roll it’s eggs in a ball of dung along the ground, and the ball was identified with the sun. The baby beetles were seen to emerge from the primeval mound and so dung beetles were thought capable of spontaneous creation.
Scarabs were worn as jewellery and amulets in ancient Egypt. The Heart Scarab, which had hieroglyphic inscriptions on the back, was often buried with the dead to ensure the rebirth of the deceased in the afterlife. They were placed over the heart of the deceased to keep it from confessing sins during its interrogation in the “Weighing of the Heart” ceremony.

If white people enslaved black people for a long time, stole their history, resources, freedom and so forth, then you ban slavery, or claim so at least, and still white people control and own lots of black artists musical rights and publishing rights, reproduction and promotional use rights, mechanical rights and so forth, then…
Comes along a black Artist simply doing it, the opposite way, and doing a respectful smart business move by buying the Beatles Catalogue, then you have no right to critique him and take it as far as to ruin his whole life to take revenge for this.
It is showing, your truth.
Michael Jackson had big trouble with the Music Industry Establishment, because these people are usually all white and dislike the idea of a black guy owning one of the most important “white Music legacy material”.
And here comes more: Michael Jackson was not the type of Man to back down or be intimidated, so he moved ahead, and he was trying to get his hands also on the ELVIS PRESLEY MUSIC CATALOGUE, imagine what they would have done then!
But Michael Jackson’s Legacy, as you might have noticed, is being treated differently than Elvis Presley’s Legacy.
When people want to talk about the whole conspiracy theories, truths and lies regarding the situation Michael had with the “Beatles Catalogue” or “ATV Catalogue”, then you have to know details of how Music Publishing works, how much is earned compared to what Artists earn, and the truth about RACISM and discrimination against Minority Artists to know the full truth of what Mike was dealing with.
He never did anything to anyone, and most of the time, in the past and still now, you have white People owning Black Artist’s Music Rights as Publishers, and controlling it therefore, and never the opposite, a Black Guy owning huge, historic white People’s Music Rights as a Publisher, and controlling them.

As it is one of my main purposes and efforts, I have written before multiple times about the genius predictions, into precise details in tune with our Twin Soul truth, which Michael integrated and intuitively “channeled” into his Music, Lyrics and even his Appearance, feeling simply his inner COMPLETE truth rising.
Michael Jackson was a control-freak regarding his Music, and DETAILS of how EVERYTHING IS PRESENTED TO THE PUBLIC, including his own Person. This is how he learned it also from Mr Gordy from Motown Records since Childhood Fame, and he evolved it and took it to a whole new level of “unique MJ Style Promo”.
The special magical element in it all was HONESTY AND HIS SOUL. He never faked, despite people looking at certain things and not getting his Message, what he means with it, and seeing some things as “megalomaniac”.

The point is, Michael was making a statement with HIStory, and he basically said, it is HIS story, the Black Man’s history, African Knowledge and Inheritance spiritually, all these things the Europeans took, Michael was just taking back and stating as historically his.
The same goes for his previous works, the Dangerous Album, in which he featured a lot of the so-called “forbidden knowledge”, I call it here therefore the “Dangerous Knowledge” and the reactions were very big.
This is basically the truth about the Music Industry, and Entertainment Business, especially in America:
You are white, you can do whatever you want. You can decorate yourself with other culture’s history and symbols, and the Music Industry demands respect for you and applause.
But, if you are Black, or Arab, let’s say, you cannot present your OWN history, decorate your art with your culture’s history and symbols, and if you buy white people’s imitations of Black Art, their Music Catalogue, you get aimed at for it and a big “witch hunt” opened on you.
And to be very clear here, Michael said yesterday a few things about Paul McCartney. I never said you cannot learn from other cultures, and also like and love other cultures and history of indigenous people, other symbols, rhythms and foods and all that.
But fact is, Paul McCartney has been sitting in Interviews since Michael bought the Beatles Music Catalogue, after HE gave him the idea himself, and then he kept complaining and trying to literally accuse Michael of misuse of his Copyrighted Material and approving it for Commercials when, as he stated, he never wanted his Music to be used for Commercials and such things.
He kept saying those things, over decades, over and over bitching publicly at Michael.
Paul McCartney reacted the same way like those Music Industry folks think as well.
And Michael was his friend, still, he did not wish well for Michael and his great Business move and just accept it, or try to buy it back and make a deal or so.
And if you think, Paul McCartney had NOTHING to do with the whole “Beatles Catalogue motivated Witch Hunt on Michael Jackson” you are naive.
He could have “let it be”, but the things in his Songs, the famous Beatles Songs, weren’t meant as honest as Michael meant his Songs, and after all, the Michael Jackson Music Catalogue and the spiritual Legacy and Power of it is way more valuable and important than the Beatles Catalogue in the meantime.
Maybe it is time now, that people like Paul look back and reflect on things, and on their white privileges in the business, and how they would be celebrated for buying Black Artists rights like James Brown, but if the opposite happens, they literally “punish the slave for stepping out of the line”.
That is how they view things, Michael says. But he represented and lived the truth, that also because he was Black and had the African Soul Vibe and Rhythm he could do the Music the way he did it and dance the way he did. That was a very important part, and historical, because in Africa since ancient times, people have been doing dances and “trance dances” and such things, channeling energy, not just moving around without coordination.
Michael’s demonstration with “Come Together”, shows it clearly, the big, big difference in SOUL between the pale Beatles Version, and Michael Jackson’s Version charged with spiritual energy and sex magic power. It was Michael’s way of saying: “I don’t care what you think, here is the truth behind all this Art”, and then bringing soul to the lifeless original from the Beatles. In fact, have you ever thought about the spiritual potential this could have had, if they just cooperated in fair ways and respected his business skills? The Beatle, as shown above, in ancient Egyptian History was a symbol of rebirth, resurrection, healing. Bringing back the Soul.
And Michael is the one that carried this power.
I suppose Paul McCartney didn’t like seeing Michael covering after buying the Beatles Songs Catalogue, his Song, and doing it much better than him and his Band back then. And Michael did reply to him, for cutting the friendship over this, in that artistic way.
Let the work speak for itself.
Get over it.
Be humane.
For Michael, Business and Friendship was two separate things. He also said this to Paul, that this “is just business” and was not meant in any personal way. But Paul made it personal, over years.
That is why HE was aimed at so badly, including taking it as far as to spin false child molestation accusations around the tabloids and press, to attack his BUSINESS DOING AND REPUTATION, because of things like this, and his business power and success.
I personally, and as you have now learned from this article today, have this idea for a special, global and very historically big Music Catalogue, with the special spiritual Touch, and multi-cultural, like our Label’s main Motto is also, and I promise that I will make this all up for Michael and myself and all Minority Artists by building the biggest Music Catalogue in History. I got time to work on that vision!
