Daily now, the way we live today in society, we are surrounded by electric devices all day. Some people work in jobs where the work is mainly performed on Computers, using Software and more that keeps this “Electronic Smog” around our Bodies and Heads the whole time.
No scientific studies yet have determined the health effects of cell phones, computers and also, social media on the psyche and physical body and it’s health. It is a fairly new technology used in such masses, and was thrown out in such masses without any prior research for health dangers.
One thing is already clear: Social Media also has a lot of bullying issues and that affects teenagers, children and adults around the world like it’s a Zoo sometimes. Where these bullies keep harassing others thinking its okay to be doing so hiding behind a computer. All these things cause “stress” and that can be in different types, how it shows. Hey, I mean, Teenagers have committed suicide before based on such bullying in online social media and such digital modern age platforms. That is sad and should be reacted to more, we should generally change these types of behaviors online and protect our children from these modern technologies, from the dark side of them.
And generally, how many people break up their friendships, relationships and work commitments now over digital media? Such as text message, email or something like that? It is so not personal and human and very cold type of communication, leaving out natural basic instincts humans have in communication. It is not the same if you “chat with friends online” like if you really talk with friends face to face with greeting and physical contact, shaking hands, laughing together. That has a good effect on your health, and this was proven in social and health studies in scientific research regarding where and why human beings live longest and healthiest on the Planet. I do not remember the details but if you research I am sure you will find this study and many other good studies on the subject.
Now back to the main topic, the current trend of living “digitally” and over-using electronic devices daily more than ever before in human history.
Here comes the issue: People over-use these devices more and more, especially smart phones and tablets. I have seen little children being given tablets with Cartoons on and simple children’s Games, so the parents do not have to pay attention or converse much with the child. The child was 4. It knew with routine how to use the tablet.
I remember when we were kids, we played with toys, real toys. Toys you could hold in your hand, that you would have to move around with, ball games, water balloons all that physical play. In Asia, Children are sent to Camps for their “Computer addictions” so they learn again to play, move physically and socialize with others face to face, not online. I have seen a TV Documentary once on that a few months ago.
So, the issues in understanding and emotional connection between children and parents have become more in many ways. It is important for children and teenagers, as well as adults, to take regular time off electronic devices.
Go outside for a walk. Breathe conscious and deep. Observe nature, birds and animals. Relax your mind, regularly.
Imagine this like an “electronic pollution cloud” that sticks a bit to your energy field when you spent a day, lets say, working on a computer.
Take a salt bath after, and place rose quartzes around the Computer to neutralize the electronic smog.
Eat healthy and regularly, detoxifying foods. Sports is magic, work out, do regular stretching of your muscles especially for the back and arms after sitting on PC chairs long. Don’t sit on an electronic device longer than 3 hours at once, take breaks, go outside for your breaks to breathe fresh clean air.
Do regular stretching for your back and shoulders, and arm you use the mouse with. Most people do not realize that when they use always with the hand they write with, the computer mouse, it creates an imbalance and tension on that body side. Care for such small details and care for your body.
Try to make a weekly plan, where at least one day or half a day you completely relax. Like Sunday, or Sunday Evening, or Friday or any Day where its not necessarily full schedule because you work. A flexible day or evening. No matter what, try to keep this schedule strictly and take this time off for yourself once a week at least. Take a bath or shower. Put on some nice Music, calm, soothing and relaxing type Music. Completely let go of all tensions inside and stress symptoms and thoughts. Let go of all worries and give it into the responsible hands of the Angels for now. They can guide you to any best and creative solution and work on any issues and tasks.
Try to empty your thoughts and switch to this inner silence and peace. No stress, no thoughts, no thinking about any daily questions, work or chores.
This is a mind exercise I had learned from Uri Geller. We emailed once a bit back and forth as he was trying to help me with my Stage Fever I had, extremely shy and tense I was about singing in front of audience or the public. I don’t know why. So, Uri was describing this mind technique to me on how to open up my mind and take charge of my own destiny. Let me summarize here for you, it is really recommended you try this:
• Visualize yourself in a fantasy place you create. Nobody knows where it is, nobody can go there but you. This is only YOUR SECRET RELAXATION SPACE.
• Feel it, taste it, see it.
• Formulate a short list of short sentences of things you want to achieve.
• Nobody can do it for you, you have to do it yourself. Go forward. You have to live your life, no other can live your life for you.
• Visualize that you already achieved your goals. How does it feel? How do you look like? Visualize your goals as already manifested, fully dive into the experience.
• All kinds of affirmations you can apply on this secret mind place. Such as “I am confident, I am confident” as a mantra.
This is kind of how it went. This is many years ago and I do not remember the precise details as I had taken Uri’s advice and applied it as he explained in my own ways and it worked so incredible. The power of the mind and positive focus should not be underestimated. Once you tried this and felt the effect, you will see for yourself. Human Beings have basic needs. If these are not satisfied, then the spiritual also mostly suffers overall, generally speaking. Of course it depends on the situation too.
But lets say, we have to eat, we have to sleep, we have to bathe and wash ourselves to feel nice and clean (and it is important for health and hygiene) and we have to love and feel loved most importantly.
We also have to do a certain physical effort to feel well and balanced physically. Sweat also cleanses the body, the skin, and Sports keeps fats around and within the body lower that are harmful to the human health.
So, all these things if you learn to care for them better, it will automatically improve all your health and lower stress and health risks.

Michael’s personal struggle with too much stress, daily and never-ending, was finally the core reason for his health problems and sleep issues. Of course in Mike’s case a physical element comes in as well. If you train your mind, by lets say working always up late into the night in the Studio, training yourself over a long period of time to stay aware and fully awake and focused on the work so late, the body gets programmed. Besides that, when Michael would rehearse or perform, especially on long tours, it would pump him up so much with energy he could not sit still after and could not sleep from the excitement. It was like his body is fully activated, mentally too, spiritually, emotionally, this dance energy, the love vibe from the audience that would overwhelm him and the many impressions. He would reflect on all kinds of things deeply after performing, and if you have to get up early, and you just can’t get to sleep or even feel sleepy in any way after a marathon dance full energy performance, well this is why Michael actually hated touring. It was like “going through hell”, like a physical battle.
That is the type of physical force Michael put into his craft. And if you put all this energy out there, every day, in many cities, traveling, jet lag, lack of sleep, dancing your soul out, then dancing your soul out again- you are doing literally a physical work on the level of a world class athlete. Like a soldier, a warrior, putting in overtime, and a lot of physical effort. I compare it to that because Michael did feel like a soldier, he would think this way when tired and feeling like he cannot perform, and having physical pain. He would see it like a battle, he has to overcome with his will the pain and channel it into “strength”.
So, it was part of the job Michael did, being such a global Phenomenon with so many Fans. He is, as I said many times by now, the Archangel Michael in his true Soul Identity. He was incarnated as Michael Jackson, and there you see more and more precise and detailed proof and synchronisms in all Michael did on Earth, in tune with his heavenly duties.
Michael finds it important to put more focus on this topic. Stress is a modern day and age phenomenon which has had many more consequences for people than it is yet fully realized. As a spiritual psychic I can guarantee you that stress also is very bad for any pure spiritual energy and opens you up and makes you more vulnerable toward negative energy attacks by other people and spirits. The more fit and well your physical body is, the better you can stream psychic and pure spiritual energy through it. A real spiritual master knows that the body and mind/soul have to be aligned, so the full self is aligned with the core and strong and well working together.
I remember when I was a teen, I would order these natural organic rose shower gels and take rose essence showers like it’s a ritual, then put on rose body lotion and go out to the forest to do my spiritual training such as meditation, connecting to the spirits of nature, trees, animals and also doing readings with tarot cards or druid runes.
I also loved to exercise runes magic in that time.

The sun meditation would be therefore good for meditation on the masculine side.
All these things also are a form of power meditation, where you can draw sun and moon energy that benefits your overall health. The Soul is the center, so when you care and nurture for your soul, it transmits positive healed energies on your physical body as well. When your physical body is well and healthy, it can store and “channel” much more free flow positive energy from your soul energy.

Pick any necklace, something that is a favorite you like wearing often. If possible, wash it under water to cleanse it from old energies, or put it for 24 hours in pure sea salt, if you cannot put water on it.
For gem stones, also hematite gems are good to de-charge them from old energies.
Then hold it in your right hand, and hold your left hand up. Close your eyes, that is recommended. Visualize bright light in front of you in a wide “field of light”. Put some clean organic coconut oil or peanut oil in your bath. Wash your mouth each morning for 15- 20 Minutes with it, and spit it all out. Not only stretching the muscles of all your body does good for your health and overall well being. But also to stretch and expand your aura.
Begin with stretching your physical muscles. Stretch your leg muscles, back, neck and arms, and the hand and fingers as well, do not forget the fine details. I will place some good chosen example videos done by good people out there here as some information on how you could do that.
Then, take your hands, stand comfortable hip wide with your feet apart and guide your hand palms toward your aura until you feel a thin energetic resistance/vibration/tingling.
Then glide your hand palms all over your aura like ironing it, making it smooth in surface and flexible. Do it all around your chakras from head to your hips, in front of your heart and when around your neck glide outwards as if you glide on your wings growing out there. The aura is most open in energy back there, this is also why placing there a clear protection shield such as the I AM Sigil I gave you in a recent post, is very recommended to shield your aura from any spiritual attacks.
Where you may feel nay weaker thinner aura spot or a dark energy clinging from someone else on a spot, rub your aura and visualize the bright light cleansing and literally water made of bright lights washing it all off and then shield your aura with the I AM Sigil.
